Our culture puts a lot of emphasis on wealth and material possessions. Often we may forget that there are levels to acquiring these things. The level of greatness begins with strength and working on the physical self. Once you understand that what your putting into your body affects the mind, body and spirit. You will then begin to understand how extremely important it is to your life. True power comes from guided expectations. Speak your goals out loud.

The mind is often overloaded with so many thoughts. It is important to allow the mind adequate peace. Meditation is a form of thoughtless awareness. It allows the mind to be silent and calm causing profound peacefulness. To elevate to a higher level of consciousness and absolute full potential. The use of meditation is quite resourceful for growth. It is also a tranquil way of reducing stress. Here are some beginner tips that you can use.
1. Sit Comfortably- A sitting position with legs crossed that is comfortable for you. Let your mind focus on full awareness.
2. Breathe- Let the compile of daily stress go and breathe.
3. Music- Listening to music as a beginner to the practice helps to focus your thoughts.
4. Time- Begin with short time intervals and increase your time overtime.
5. Goal- To achieve enlightenment allow these powerful techniques to quiet the mind.
6. Progress- If you are a beginner do not get discouraged. Your progression to higher levels will increase gradually.
It is absolutely ok to give yourself permission to progress in life. The techniques of meditation are useful in growing into self awareness.
