  How often do you hear someone tell you to believe in yourself? The smallest effort can mean a great deal to someone. There are times when you want to hear how you are perceived in a positive light. We complicate ourselves by being our own worst critics. It is enlightening to hear external affirmations from time to time.    We must always remember that the power of words are amplified. They hold immense power and are critical to establishing growth. Encouragement is believing in the task before it even starts. It literally is effective and such a selfless act. People that encourage, often influence greater change in society. The compelling thing is that your instilling courage. Most successful people had someone to tell them to "try". Be specific in your quest to achieve beyond your abilities. The fire inside of each of us invigorates the need to supersede.
