The Unconditional Being

      When you think of self acceptance you may instantly think of self esteem. Self acceptance alludes to a more diverse affirmation of self. When you set intention it allows you the ability to change the paradigm from doubt to allowance. Give yourself permission to emotionally feel without suppressing or numbing the emotion. At times it is acceptable to risk being vulnerable.  There are times in which compensating our reality is demanding and exhausting.


    Accept who you are right "NOW" presently and believe in the value of who you are.  Separate from your emotions that harbor you. Self acceptance will ultimately improve the way you see yourself. Your only recognizing the magnificent pieces of you. Become more self- transcendent and do more of what gives you excitement. The unconditional essence of accepting and understanding your strength and weaknesses. Allow you to no longer be unduly hard on yourself. When you realize that you are intrinsic in your being. It transcends you into a breathtaking view!
