Joy Remembered

   A loss of something in life can be difficult for most. Loss has many forms and transitions and coping is essential. When we lose something it releases so many mixed emotions. Many of these feelings are repressed and avoided. There is the need to generate that feeling of vitality back in your life. With any form of loss you find element of growth. These consuming thoughts can be set aside for a while. Often we are forced to reckon with the experience.

  It is important that our time and energy is spent meaningfully. When there is meaning it is a primary source that fuels us. Uncertainty affects individuals in different ways. The inevitability of life will entail these experiences. There is always joy in the things remembered from any loss. Gravitate back towards that delightful emotion. While you are momentarily drifting grasp the exuberant view!
