Moments



 How often do you live in the present moment?There are  such innumerable benefits to living in the moment. A beneficial reward to greater health, and  less unpredictable emotions. Our focus becomes more settling, with a calmer mind. To often we might not allow ourselves ,to be present in the now. There is of course no avoidance to impending thoughts. Yet, it is so very necessary, to peacefully be firm in each moment.


  Life is in a constant perpetual cycle. We at times forget to look through life’s lens of clarity.  When we do. We understand what it feels like to be fully here.  A state of being that gives us our contentment. Where it is possible to feel the presence of our existence.  Giving ease to
an exemplary view!!
