Energy

 What kind of energy are we giving to our journey each day? Life's energy is not only found in our endurance, but also in how deeply we connect, align, grow, and feel within this human designation. Every thought, moment, and transition pours into us. Allowing us to become the energy we process. Yet, even in all these earthly phases it ignites the greater of our radiant, auoric energy. Even when the world feels heavy. Our energy is fuel to start again, stay the course, take residence within our purpose and plan, and align with our passion.

  Protecting our energy is one of the highest forms of self- love and respect. It requires leaning towards what restores. Genuine connections.Purposeful objectives.
